Captain Blake Roper
A Jamaica Defence Force captain died Saturday morning in a crash at the Harbour View round-about in St Andrew.
He has been identified as Blake Roper.
It's reported that, about 1 o'clock, captain Roper was travelling east on the Palisadoes main road.
He reportedly drove through the round-about at Harbour View and crashed into a wall.
Captain Roper was found unresponsive inside the vehicle which was extensively damaged.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
