Judge reserves decision on bail for 'Livity' Coke, co-accused

A parish judge on Wednesday delayed her ruling on the bail application for reputed Tivoli Gardens area leader Leighton Livity Coke and six other accused charged with murder.

The judge reserved her decision on June 16 following a bail hearing before the St. Andrew Parish Court.

However, the judge on Wednesday requested additional information on three of the defendants.

The decision is to be handed down on June 29.

The seven defendants are accused of the murder of Patrick Davis, the alleged leader of the Screamers Gang in Denham Town.

Investigators reported that, on March 12, Mr. Davis was lured to a hotel in Kingston where he was abducted.

He was subsequently killed and his body was dumped at Bournemouth beach in Rockfort, East Kingston.

The other defendants are Lanchester Coke, Christopher Coke Jr, Iesha Jones, Delmarco Cephas, David Biggs and Wayne Page.
