The St. Elizabeth police have charged a 33-year-old man with possession of identity information and illegal possession of goods following an operation at the Windsor housing scheme in April 25.
He is Ashwin Samuels, also called 'Reds', a utility superintendent of Windsor in the parish.
According to reports, a raid was carried out at a house occupied by Mr. Samuels.
During a search, 11 five-gallon jugs containing illicit rum were found.
Samuels' cell phone was also searched and found to contain information about individuals living overseas.
