Myrtle Beach police in South Carolina have arrested a man in connection with the murder of a Jamaican woman at her home last month.
Jeneil Leon was found with a bullet wound on July 21 after the police responded to her Greens Boulevard home for a welfare check.
The police announced Tuesday on Facebook that 38-year-old Vinson De-Niro Jones, of Myrtle Beach, had been taken into custody by US Marshals and the Detroit Police Department.
He has been charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection with Ms. Leon's death.
