Phillip Allen, 32, who is also called Foot, of Norman Lane in Kingston 13 was shot and
killed on Shortwood Road
in St. Andrew on Tuesday.
The CCN says Mr. Allen was riding a bicycle along the road when he was attacked by three men armed with guns.
He ran but was chased and shot by the gunmen.
He died on the spot.
The police were called to the scene and Mr. Allen's body was removed to the morgue after the crime scene was processed.
Meanwhile an unidentified man, who was found with stab wounds on Terry Close in St. James on Tuesday night, was pronounced dead at hospital shortly after.
The dead man, believed to be about 25 years old, is slim, of dark complexion and about 155 centimetres tall.
The CCN says just after eight o'clock residents saw two men chasing the man in the area.
He was later found with stab wounds on a dirt track.
The police were called and the man was taken to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
