Manchester police release names of wanted men

The Police in Manchester have released the names of seven persons who, they say, are wanted for murders committed in the parish.  
 Head of the Manchester Police Division, Superintendent Lascelles Taylor, said the men are wanted in connection with murders committed between May 2008 and July, this year.  
Topping the list is Albert King, alias "Pitbull", of Watermount in Porus. He is wanted for the murder of Eric Haughton on October 15, last year.
    

Others on the list are: - O'Niel Saunders of Long Coffee; Orlando Saunders, alias "Shaka", of Bellefield; Simon Lindsay, alias "Simon Smith" of Cobbla, Manchester, and Iron Circle, Clarendon and Durani Thompson of Albion Mountain also in Manchester.
    

O'Niel Saunders is wanted for a May 12, 2008 murder at Long Coffee in Christiana, while Orlando Saunders is being sought for a June 6, 2009 murder at Blood Lane.    
  

Simon Lindsay is wanted for a gun murder committed on March 20, 2009 at Cobbla.  
He is also wanted in St. Elizabeth for absconding bail.  
Durani Thompson is being sought for the murder of a teacher on December 24, 2009.
    

The other wanted men are Caldin Levy of Swaby Hope; and a man known only as "Shaney" of Top Greendale.
 Levy is wanted for the murder of Eastroy Lovelace at Spur Tree, in July, this year, while Shaney is being sought for the May 30, 2010 murder of Christopher Thomas at Top Greenvale.  
    

The Manchester police are appealing to the men to turn in themselves. 
Any member of the public with information on the whereabouts of any of the men, is being asked to call the Mandeville CIB at 962-2832, Crime Stop, 119, or the nearest police station.
