A motorist who had more than 20 outstanding warrants for his arrest for traffic violations was nabbed by the police on Thursday during a snap raid in St. Thomas.
He is 56-year old Neville James Palmer, a truck driver of Airy Castle, St. Thomas and Oliver Road in Kingston.
The police say Mr. Palmer had more than 200 unpaid traffic tickets spanning a five-year period and had eluded them.
He was arrested at his house in Airy Castle about 2:30 Thursday afternoon.
