Mr. Miller's bullet riddled body was found in bushes along the Dumbleholden Main Road in Portmore, about 7am Sunday.
Nu-Nu Puss was placed on the police most wanted list a few years ago.
In 2006, he was arrested in connection with the May 2005 murders of Inspector Lascelles Walsh and District Constable Canute Brown.
Inspector Walsh was shot dead at the intersection of Harbour and Church Streets in downtown Kingston while District Constable Brown was killed during an attack on the Cross Roads Police Station.
However, Nu-Nu Puss was released as no witnesses came forward to give evidence.
He was last seen alive on Saturday when he went to visit his girlfriend in Naggo-Head, St. Catherine.
A car believed to have been driven by him was found burnt along the Lakes Pen Main Road in the parish about 1am Sunday.

The second body was found on the Caymanas Bay Main Road in Central Village.
The unidentified man is believed to be about 50-years old, of dark complexion, medium build and about 178 centimetres tall.
