Trinidad & Tobago's main opposition Party - People’s National Movement (PNM) - on Thursday unveiled its manifesto for the September 7 general election.
The PNM promised voters a reduction in value-added tax, an increase in annual personal allowance, as well as providing incentives to the private sector within the first year in government.
The Party is also promising subsidies for the use of renewable energy sources.
The PNM, historically the most dominant political party in Trinidad & Tobago, last formed the government of the country from 2007 to 2010.
