Probe underway, following theft of NCB ABM

National Commercial Bank and various related agencies have launched a high level probe into yesterday's theft of  one of the bank's automated banking  machines in Longville Park, Clarendon

The ABM was boarded up ahead of Hurricane Beryl, but was later vandalized and an unspecified sum of cash taken.

Dane Nicholson, head of Fraud Preventation at NCB  confirmed that the machine's vault was discovered in the nearby community of Sandy Bay.

Regarding availability of cash at ABM's island-wide, Mr Nicholson expressed confidence that members of the public will be able to access much needed spending money.
