Singapore and Jamaica have inked an open skies deal that allows carriers on both sides to fly freely between the two countries. The agreement also allows Singapore Airlines to fly to Jamaica and to a third destination. Carriers from Jamaica can do the same from Changi Airport.
The deal was signed on Monday by Singapore's Transport Minister Lui Tuck Yew and Minister without Portfolio in the Transport and Works Minister Dr. Morais Guy.
The signing took place during the 28th International Maritime Organization Assembly in London.
