Soldier among three killed in separate motor vehicle crashes

 
A soldier was killed in an early morning crash along Camp Road in Kingston on Wednesday. 
 
He is 23-year-old Everald Hendricks, of Breadnut Walk in Ginger Hill, St. Elizabeth. 
 
The police say he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a fence. The incident occurred about 12:30 a.m. near Hector Street. 
 
Hendricks was a member of the Maritime, Air and Cyber Command of the Jamaica Defence Force. 
 
Meanwhile, two 19-year-old males died in separate crashes in St. Catherine and Clarendon on Tuesday. 
 
In St. Catherine, Jonathan Watson, of Bullet Tree district, died after the motorcycle on which he was a pillion rider collided with a motor car. 
 
The crash reportedly occurred at 10:20 a.m. along Darlington Drive, Old Harbour. Both vehicles were extensively damaged. 
 
In Clarendon, the police say Jamal Asher died after he lost control of the motorcycle he was driving and crashed into a car. 
 
The crash occurred about 9:26 a.m. along Decoy Road near the Toll Gate main road.
