South West St. Elizabeth residents complain of frequent power outages

By Kimone Witter

Residents of Spice Grove, Parrottee and adjoining districts in South West St. Elizabeth are complaining of frequent power outages since the restoration of service post Hurricane Beryl.

In some areas, there is one hour of service daily.

Due to the inconvenience, residents say they are unable to purchase food items that require refrigeration.

They are pleading with the Jamaica Public Service Company to identify and fix the problem.
