Sports medicine specialist urges ISSA to enforce medical evaluation rule

Well known sports medicine specialist Dr Paul Wright is urging the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) to have better quality control in place to monitor enforcement of its policies when it comes to the health of student athletes.

Dr Wright is among those increasing the calls for ISSA to ensure that schools are in compliance with their student athletes doing a complete medical evaluation.
