Three persons are in police custody in connection with
the death of 30 year old Yulanda Samuels otherwise called "Tanya".
Miss Samuels' body was found last Saturday morning in an unfinished house at Peacock Heights in Black River, St. Elizabeth with stab wounds.
Crime Chief Detective Inspector Louis Brown told RJR News that the names of the three cannot be released as they are to undergo questioning and DNA testing.
Detective Inspector Brown said the police suspect that Miss Samuels was sexually assaulted before being killed.
Miss Samuels, a well known drug addict was found by children who had gone to the house to play.
