As the security forces keep a close watch on St. James, which is under a state of emergency, there was a double shooting in Catherine Hall last night.
A man was killed and a woman injured by gunmen.
The deceased has been identified as 22 year old Leonard Murray.
Sometime after 8 o'clock, the two were travelling in a vehicle in Westgate Hills when gunmen shot them several times.
The woman remains hospitalised.
