Military Deputy Commander of the United States Southern Command, Vice Admiral Alvin Holsey
Military Deputy Commander of the United States Southern Command, Vice Admiral Alvin Holsey, is on a four-day visit to Trinidad & Tobago which began yesterday as part of a Continuing Promise 2023 mission stop.
He is set to participate in a donation ceremony of a field hospital and ambulance with a combined value of approximately US$1 million to the Tobago Emergency Management Agency.
The ambulance and field hospital were procured and funded by the embassy's Military Liaison Office through the US Command's Humanitarian Assistance Program.
