Popular Dancehall DJs Vybz Kartel and Aidonia are now
being questioned by members of Operation Kingfish regarding photographs which
reportedly captured them posing with illegal guns.
Members of Operation Kingfish began questioning the men in the presence of their attorney Valerie Neita-Robertson Monday afternoon.
Operation Kingfish issued a statement last week stating its intention to question the DJs regarding the photographs.
The photographs reportedly captured the artistes brandishing guns and surrounded by men with high calibre rifles.
However, Mrs. Neita-Robertson had stated that the photos were not authentic and that the pictures were taken outside of Jamaica.
The entertainers whose real names are Adijah Palmer and Sheldon Lawrence have had several run-ins with the law.
Aidonia was recently released from custody on a gun related charge.
