Jamaica's Alicia Ashley, right, lost her title defence on Saturday
Jamaica's WBC Super Bantamweight female Boxing World Champion, Alicia 'Slick' Ashley, lost her title unification bid on Saturday night in Mexico.
Ashley was defeated by Mexico's WBA Champion Jackie Nava by a unanimous decision. Ashley was seeking her 4th title defense, but lost on all three judges' scorecards. Ashley had won the title in July 2011 via unanimous decision against Christina Ruiz.
