Bolt to continue preparation at home for important 2015 season

Reigning Double Sprint World Champion Usain Bolt was scheduled to return home on Wednesday to continue his preparation for what he hopes will be another stellar year in his glittering track and field career.

The 14-time global champion, speaking at an endorsement event for his sponsor PUMA in Times Square, New York on Tuesday night, said one of his biggest goals is to run sub 19 seconds over 200 metres. Foot and hamstring complaints brought the 28-year-old's season to a premature end in 2014 after helping Jamaica win the sprint relay gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in Scotland.

In the meantime, organisers of the Diamond League meet in Paris announced on Wednesday that Bolt will compete at the event on July 4. Bolt had pulled out of of the race in the French capital last year due to his injury complaints.
