Four Jamaicans added to Grand Slam roster

After running a world-leading time at the Velocity Fest meet a week ago, national 400 metre hurdler Assinie Wilson has been added to the roster for the Grand Slam Track League ahead of the inaugural staging this weekend. 

2021 Olympic 110m hurdles champion, Jamaican Hansel Parchment is one of 10 athletes who will not take part in the inaugural meet starting on Friday at the National Stadium.

The withdrawals have allowed for a number of other Jamaicans to be added, including another former Olympic sprint hurdles champion Omar McLeod.
