Humble Lions also gave themselves more than a fighting chance to remain in the DPL, the nation’s top league, with a 2-0 win over Waterhouse.
Denzil Watson gave them the lead two minutes after half time interval and a goal from Jermain Ricketts, the January window signee, five minutes from time, ensured that maximum points stayed with the home team.
Meanwhile, DPL leaders Tivoli Gardens have taken five of a possible 9 points from their last three outings, after their 1-1 all draw with Portmore United.
