Jackson headlines 12 Jamaicans for Diamond League final

World champions Shericka Jackson and Danielle Williams headline 12 Jamaicans down to compete in the Wanda Diamond League final in Eugene, Oregon on Saturday and Sunday.

Jackson will line up in the 100 and 200 meters across both days and in the shorter event will face off with 2-time double Olympic champion Elaine Thompson Herah and training partner Natasha Morrison. World champion Sha'Carri Richardson is also set to face the starter.

Williams will have compatriot Megan Tapper for company against the likes of Jasmine Camacho Quinn and world record holder Tobi Amusan in the women's 100 metre hurdles.

Olympic champion and World Championship silver medallist Hansle Parchment comes up against world champion Grant Holloway in the 110 meter hurdles.

Jamaica's fastest man over the 100 metres this year Kishane Thompson is listed for the event with compatriots Ackeem Blake and Yohan Blake.

Candice McLeod will contest the women's 400 metres, national record holder Rusheen McDonald is in the men's equivalent and Natoya Goule Toppin is down for the 800 metres.
