There will be no Jamaican boxers at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games following losses by Sanji Williams and Tevoy Barrett at the final global qualifier in Bangkok, Thailand. The world qualification tournament started on May 24 and will conclude on June 2.

General Secretary of the Jamaica Boxing Association (JBA) Leroy Brown says qualifying for the Olympics was always going to be very difficult.

Despite not qualifying for the games, Brown believes the boxers gave a good account of themselves. Brown was speaking on Hitz 92 FM's Sports Grill on Tuesday.
