Former Jamaica and West Indies fast bowler Jermaine Lawson is planning a return to local cricket after a two year self imposed exile from the game.
Lawson who turns 30 on Friday now lives in New York and has been playing a limited amount of league and 20/20 cricket in florida since 2009.
However, he is planning to return home later this year to represent his old club St. Catherine Cricket Club.
Lawson represented the West Indies in 13 test matches, taking 51 wickets at an average of 29.64, in addition to 17 wickets in 13 one day internationals at 29.29 runs apiece.
