No place in Scorpions squad for WI U19 player Jordan Johnson

There is still no place in the Jamaica Scorpions squad for West Indies Under-19 player Jordan Johnson, while there is one schoolboy inclusion as the franchise released the names for the upcoming 4-day championship. 

West Indies all-rounder Odean Smith is set for a first-class return to the Jamaica Scorpions team for the first time 8 years

Three players are in-line four their first-class debuts, those being top order batter Odain McCatty, Javelle Glenn who scored his maiden List 'A' century during the Super50 cup and schoolboy Tamarie Redwood.

The Scorpions will open their campaign against the Leeward Islands Hurricanes at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua starting February 5.

 

 

The team will once again be led by top order batter John Campbell with Kirk McKenzie Jnr as his assistant.
