Jamaica's Reggae Boyz will not have to contend with Panama's first choice goalkeeper Jaime Penedo when the teams meet in their CONCACAF World Cup qualifier on March 22.
This as Penedo has been ruled out of the encounter with a finger injury which will keep him out for at least two months.
The 31-year-old has been Panama's first choice goal-keeper since making his debut in 2003.
Meanwhile the team's all-time leading goal scorer striker Luis Tejada has been recalled for the clash against Jamaica.
Jamaica and panama are both on one point in the six-nation World Cup qualifying group.
