Two months after announcing his retirement from first class cricket, pacer Darren Powell says he is not ruling out the possibility of a return to the national team.
Powell, who made his first class debut in 2001, has inspired St. Elizabeth to the final of the Jamaica Cricket Association Senior Cup competition after having scored two half centuries while taking 13 wickets in five matches.
Powell announced his retirement from the national team in April but says following changes in the management of the local association, he is ready to reverse that decision.
He adds that the decision to make a comeback is fuelled by his desire to help mold young players to achieve their full potential.
