Many time champions St George's College secured the last semi final spot in the ISSA FLOW Manning Cup following their 2-0 win over arch rivals Kingston College at the Constant Spring field on Thursday.
St George’s who entered the game needing only a draw, saw the prolific alex marshall opening the scoring in the 14th minute and Gregory Messam Junior doubling the advantage from the penalty spot in minute number 77.
St George's College ended with 10 players as Paul Young Junior was sent off ten minutes from time for retaliation.
St Jago defeated Haile Selassie 3-1 in Thursday’s other game which petered out into academic interest.
The November 21 semi finals will see Jamaica College opposing Denham Town and St George's facing Jonathan Grant. Both games are set for Sabina Park.
