Defending champions Barbican FC have assumed the lead in the Sherwin Williams Women's Premier League after a double strike from Tashana Vincent propelled them to a 3-1 win over Los Perfectos on Sunday.
Trelawny Women FC also rallied from a first game loss to hold off Waterhouse 1-0.
Boys’ Town who suffered a 10-0 defeat last week, were leading Rangers of St Mary 4-0 when their game was aborted. Britney Lovelock scored in the 20th and 38th minutes but a fight amongst the players forced the match officials to call off the game in the 60th minute.
Meanwhile, in a game played in a thunderstorm, St James women held Olympic Gardens to a 1-1 draw.
Last year's beaten finalist Arnett Gardens were held to a 1-1 draw by GC Foster College.
