American 100 metre record Holder Tyson Gay, who admitted to a doping violation on Sunday met with the United States anti-doping agency on Thursday. This is according to reliable RJR/TVJ sources who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the case.
It's understood the meeting took place in New York, as the 2007 Osaka triple World Champion cooporates with the investigation by the American Anti-doping Organization. The source also said Gay's "B" sample should also be tested today.
On Sunday, Gay admitted to a doping violation in May and said he would be requesting that his 'B" sample be tested.
