Jamaica's under-17 footballers began their two-match friendly series against their Canadian counterparts on a losing note on Sunday.
The young Reggae Boyz went down 4-2 in the opening game at Jarrett Park in Montego Bay, St. James on Sunday.
Romario Williams in the 35th minute and Jason Wright with an 80th minute penalty were the scorers for the young Jamaicans while Kevin Aleman in the 34th and 40th minutes scored a brace for the Canadians.
The second and final game of the series will be played on Tuesday also at Jarrett Park.
The matches are being used as preparation by both teams for the upcoming CONCACAF under-17 world cup qualifying tournament set for february 12 to 28 in Jamaica.
