U17 Reggae Girlz and Canada end final group game in stalemate at CONCACAF Championship

Jamaica and Canada played to a 1-1 draw  on Thursday evening in their Group "A" contest at the CONCACAF Women's Under-17 Championship in the Dominican Republic.

Natoya Atkinson gave the Jamaicans the lead in the 38th minute, while Renee Watson equalized for the Canadians in the 50th minute.

Although both teams ended on 7 points each, the Canadians topped the group on goal difference with a plus 16 goal difference to the Jamaicans plus 11.
