The battle for top honours in Group ‘C’ of the ISSA FLOW Manning Cup remains wide open after Denham Town stunned St George’s 2-1 in Friday's lone fixture at Winchester Park.
Jerome Jeffrey in the 14th minute and Devon Richards in the 21st, were on target for the ‘underdogs’ while Hakim Williams pulled one back for St George's.
Denham Town have now joined St George's and Innswood on 19 points with St. George's atop the standing on goal difference.
Innswood have a game in hand on their opponents and could snatch group honours and a place in the cash rich FLOW Super Cup if they can win both matches.
Seven games will be played on Saturday including TVJ’s game of the day where Camperdown will oppose Kingston College at the Stadium East starting at 3:00 pm.
Meanwhile, Daniel Green struck twice as Marcus Garvey Technical who have already qualified for the Inter Zone round of the ISSA FLOW DaCosta Cup, tagged Steer Town 3 - 1 in their latest game this afternoon
