There were doubts over the completion of the series due to visa issues for both teams but those fears were alleviated after they received the required documents in Guyana on Wednesday morning.
India lead the five match series 2-1, after Tuesday's five wicket win at Warner Park in St. Kitts.
The remaining matches will be played on Saturday and Sunday.
