"Whisper" Richards moves to Leicester City on loan from Chelsea

Chelsea FC has confirmed the departure of young Jamaican  forward Dujuan Richards to English Championship side Leicester City on loan for the remainder of the season.

The 20 year-old Jamaican international is yet to make a senior appearance at the club level, having represented Chelsea's U21 side this season. Leicester will be his first loan spell since joining the "Blues" in January 2024.

At the championship club, Richards is expected to be part of the first team, as he will join the squad preparing for their next league game against Birmingham City.

News had emerged on Monday that Richards was set to finalize a loan move to Leicester where he will join another Reggae Boy, Bobby De Cordova-Reid.
