Koffee "is ok" after altercation on American Airlines flight say Culture Minister

Grammy-winning Reggae Artiste, Koffee "is ok". That assurance from Culture Minister Olivia Grange who spoke with the Gleaner last evening.

Our newscentre reported yesterday that Koffee had been involved in an incident aboard an American Airlines flight destined for Miami. As a result, she was interviewed by authorities at the airport.

Koffee, real name Mickayla Simpson was apparently en route to Austin, Texas where she will hit the stage at South By Southwest for Rolling Stone's Future of Music showcase at ACL Live at the Moody Theatre. According to her Instagram stories, Koffee's performance is set for this evening at 9:30.
