Netflix says plans are in place to edit out a phone number that appears in its hit series Squid Game after a woman complained about a deluge of calls to her mobile phone.
The South Korean drama sees cash-strapped contestants invited to call the number to take part in life-and-death children's games for money.
The complainant said calls and texts have been coming through to her phone with requests to play.
She added that it has seriously disrupted her life, and she is now taking medicine to calm her nerves after a doctor diagnosed her with acute stress disorder.
Netflix is urging fans of the show to refrain from calling the number.
