GraceKennedy is expanding its US food operations, particularly in the mid-south through a new 26,000 sq.ft. distribution and office facility in southwest Atlanta fully operational since July 2024.
Strategically located near Atlanta's airport, the facility serves as a hub for distributing Grace and La Fe products across Georgia, the Carolinas, Louisiana and Tennessee.
This move supports GK's strategy to grow in high-demand US markets for Caribbean and Hispanic foods.
The Atlanta facility offers temperature controlled and ambient storage, improving service and operational efficiency.
GK Foods USA, a subsidiary of GraceKennedy has steadily expanded since acquiring La Fe foods in 2014 and opening a major distribution centre in New Jersey in 2019.
The new Atlanta facility further strengthens GK's US logistics and retail reach.
