Sean Paul promotes 'Scorcha' on The Breakfast Club

Dancehall artiste Sean Paul on Wednesday stopped by the American syndicated radio show The Breakfast Club to promote his upcoming album and accompanying tour.
 
His latest album Scorcha is set to debut on May 27. 
 
During the interview, Sean Paul shared his views on the recent Reggae Grammy controversy, stating that he was unfamiliar with winners SOJA before the awards.
 
He added that although he would have loved to see a Jamaican win, the genre's continued growth has opened the gates for other Reggae lovers to explore. 
 
The artiste, who is the most streamed Jamaican act on YouTube, hinted at a possible feature with newcomer Jashii, however, he said the plans are still being finalised.
 
While expressing his love and adoration for Shenseea, Sean Paul stated that he would not be in favour of her diverting from dancehall.
