The Housing Association of Jamaica (HAJ) will this weekend accept applications for the sale of the highly anticipated Bernard Lodge Estates development in St. Catherine. The application process will take place at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre and via the HAJ's website.
Due to the high level of interest in the development and the anticipated demand for the 1,584 units to be sold, the agency has taken certain steps. All applications will be collated and entered into a random selection system. It will be independently managed to ensure transparency and fairness. From this pool, successful applicants will be allotted units.
