Gov't approves two contracts for equipment, supplies at Petrojam

The government has approved two contracts for equipment, chemical supplies and services at the local oil refinery Petrojam.
 
Information Minister Robert Morgan said one contract is for the procurement of F2 burner management systems. 
 
The contract was endorsed by the Public Procurement Commission and awarded to Zico Inc. to the tune of US$632,000.
 
The other contract for chemical supplies and services for refinery processes and utilities over a three-years period, was awarded to US-based company Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions.
 
That contract is valued at US$2,051,000.
