The Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC) and the Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM) have signed an agreement to support the expansion and improvement of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
The JBDC is to provide business support services, while Mona School of Business will provide technical assistance.
The partnership will see groups of graduate students from the school assigned to undertake projects for the MSMEs who are part of the JBDC network.
David McBean, Executive Director of Mona School of Business and Management, says the alliance will boost the MSME sector which will contribute to economic development.
