Digital wallet platform Lynk has started the implement of its new merchant platform LynkBiz.
Lynk's Chief Strategy Officer Denise Williams says the platform is in its pilot phase, with more than 40 merchants across the island.
The platform allows the more than 175,000 consumers who use Lynk, to make payments with their Lynk accounts.
The platform was launched in October to enable real-time and immediate digital payments, efficient digital records for businesses and shorter processing and wait times for consumers.
The company says LynkBiz will be scaled up and expanded to businesses islandwide in early 2023.
