Medical Associates Hospital is now owned by Caribbean Health Systems Limited.
The consortium, which includes First Rock Real Estate Investment, Novamed and Health Ventures Limited, acquired the medical facility in a takeover bid.
Dr. David Walcott, Hhead of Novamed, will be the Managing Director of the hospital.
Dr. Michael Banbury, co-founder of First Rock and former CEO of Medical Associates, will serve as the hospital's chairman.
