Medical Disposables & Supplies has entered a joint venture involving the formation of an entity in Cayman.
In a notice posted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange, Medical Disposables said the company is to be engaged in the distribution of pharmaceutical and medical products to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare related facilities in Cayman and the Caribbean region.
This company formation began in October 2024 and is expected to be completed prior to financial year ending March 31.
MDS Cayman will function as an associate company to MDS Jamaica that holds a 30% stake.
