Labour Minister Pearnel Charles Jr. says investigations have detected minor breaches related to occupational health and safety at the Ferry Pen-based Chinese company WH Car Service.
He said these relate to fire extinguishers and safety booths, and the management has given an undertaking to urgently correct the breaches.
The minister added that two of the 10 mechanics working at the garage have permits to work in the wholesale and retail sector and not as mechanics.
