Nearly 3,000 micro, small and medium sized enterprises are expected to benefit from a J$1.9 billion grant from the European Union.
These funds are being used to help these businesses digitise their operations through the Jamaica Business Development Corporation.
Industry, Investment and Commerce Minister, Aubyn Hill, speaking at the opening of the JBDC's Manchester Business Centre recently, said approximately €1.7 million in grants have been secured for the JBDC.
