The Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) is seeking feedback from the public on its proposals to change the guidelines for number portability.
Number portability allows persons to move from one service provider to another while retaining their telephone number.

The utilities regulator has received complaints regarding irregularities in the handling of porting requests by telecoms service operators which prompted the guidelines.
