Sagicor Group Jamaica has inked a US$2 million deal with US-based technology company IBM for the adoption of new technologies.
The technology will be incorporated in Sagicor Bank's operations over the next few months, before being integrated into the group's other business lines.
Sagicor expects the investment will cut operational costs significantly, saving about US$4 million over the next four years.
